Using Stock Saleen shift knob on new shifter?

RE: Using Stock Saleen shift **** on new shifter?
Milti: I put the stock Saleen **** on my MGW. But the MGW **** shaft (settle down Jazzer) is taller than the stock shaft, so combined with the tall Saleen **** it looked & felt goofy. I switched to the MGW concept ****. Any cueball/hurst style **** is just the right for the MGW IMO.

I just don't like any of the shift ***** I've seen so far- although I wish MGW would make a **** for the Mustang like they have for the new Viper. Now that is hot.
The rest of the line-up just doesn't do it for me.
