Thanks for the explanation. I guess that makes sense.

But I will say that I'm about to remove my windshield decal altogether because of slight discoloration from the wipers hitting it. I'm guessing I'm not the only one. Hopefully Saleen will come around and release them so they can keep their name visible on more cars...

I dunno, I kinda like the big, in-your-face block letters of the current sticker. That new one is a little too subtle if you ask me.

kinda dont make sense some simple little decal they wont release, but you can buy any other part

With all the posts (in another thread) about guys selling knock-off Saleen stuff on ebay, it got me to thinking what you are, 06SaleenX. I'm NEVER one to encourage trademark infringement, etc. Especially where it deprives the originator of the product of the benefits of their hard work, development costs, etc. But these are STICKERS for crying out loud (that owners would like to put on real Saleens!).

So....if someone WERE to come across a batch of some of these smaller windshield banners (that were made in a high quality manner worthy of putting on my car), well...I guess I'd like to get a PM. And I suppose I'd pay up to $75 or $100 for such stickers. Speaking hypothetically, of course.

Okay, guys. Get me a good pic of the decal and some dimensions and I'll make them. And sell them very, very inexpensively. Our economy is so screwed at this point, I'll gladly do almost anything.

I think this is the wrong place to be offering that. Not only will you get bashed on for recreating a trademarked logo, you may encounter some legal issues...
