The Saleen Club of America will be holding their 6th Annual Saleen NATIONALS July 30-Aug 2, 2009, in the Rocky Mountain Region at Castle Rock Colorado. You'll find more information by visting the Website and see what this is all about.
Just to get your excitement boiling, we are expecting over 100 at this (3) day event, but before that even gets started, Click on the BIG DRIVE link and find all about the Saleens Across America Road Trip that is being planned. Working their way across America from the East, the South, The West and everywhere in between - Saleens Across America headed to Castle Rock, Colorado.
The NATIONALS is more than a show, it's an event of celebration for the Saleens.
Kick-off on Thursday for the early arrivals, everyone will meet up at the Rockyard, a local brewery/eatery for some socializing, gathering to renew some friendships, to talk about the trip, the show, or whatever - some early fun.
The first ever SCOA Golf Tournament will start Friday morning for those so inclined, hope you had room for your golf clubs. The site is the Plum Creek Golf Course & Country Club A Pete Dye Championship Golf Course. 7,107 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.6 and it has a slope rating of 137 on Bent grass. Should be exciting to see.
For those in early Friday, there is another event being planned for the non-golfers. More on this exciting venue later.
Friday evening, you won't want to miss the Welcome Bash at the Rockyard American Grill & Brewing Company from 8-11pm. This is where the event really gets started. Included with pre-registration, don't miss out on this.
And then, Saturday, the Big Show, held at the Castle Rock Outlets, gets started at 8am to noon with Registration. Participants will judge the show until 3pm and the awards will be handed out. Classes for Saleens and others will be offered. Later that evening, the SCOA Banquet will be held at the Black Eyed Pea.
Sunday, for those staying over, a Seeya Cruise then it's over for another year.
Keep in mind, you don't have to be a member of the Saleen Club of America to participate in any of our events - it's all about 'Fun, Friendships and Saleens".
The website as directions, event schedule, information, special registration deals and more.
