Hey guys, not that i'm definately going to, but i was wondering what a price would be on my 08 S281SC? It's very heavily optioned and i purchased it i believe last November brand new. The msrp on it was about 65k so that shows how optioned it was. It has the Scenic roof on it, the spoiler, Shaker 500 sound system, Suede inserted in the leather seats and all that good stuff. 465hp package ( may have just all came like that supercharged in 08) and its bright red exterior color. Almost mint condition just a couple small nicks on the drivers door, not sure how they got there but they were there when i purchased the car from the dealership . Just bought a 95 Supra 2JZ that i'm modding now and not sure if the Saleen is worth keeping considering im 17 with 2 sport cars... Thinking about a sport bike now. The Saleen has just under 10k miles right now. Completely stock and it is #43. I'll try and get pictures of it up tomorrow for you guys. Let me know what a price nowadays would be on it or just a guestimate. Thanks, Garrett.

My guess is around 37k.....MAYBE.

Market is rough. You could get an extreme for that price too...so you'd have plenty of competition.

I agree with Eviligloo. You didnt mention miles, but the car is 3 model years old now, and low mileage 06-08 SC coupes are going for 32-38K depending on color/options, mods, etc. There are Extreme coupes on Ebay in the 38K range. I "high" mileage 06 SC car with 36K miles sold for like $25K...

Ok thanks alot guys, and sorry, the car has just under 10k miles on it as of now. Are the prices on these affected since there is no real kbb value or anything really to go by?

You will need to dig in NADA, but under classic cars Saleens are listed. For some reason your car was not listed but look up a year or two older to get some kind of idea.

Fwiw I have an 06 s281s/c with a brenspeed striker and stage 4 setup with 9k miles and haven't gotten 1 hit yet at 32k.

Haha yep 2 sports cars at 17, i'm thinking the same thing right now, wondering if i should do away with one and keep one...or just hold on to both since they both may become more collectible in the future.
