To get more output out of the engine, take it out, rebuild it with all true forged internals (true forged, not that fake "forged" sintered crap), get dished pistons for a tad lower compression ratio, get a bigger displacement supercharger, not a Whipple lobe design, but an identical twin screw lobe design (these are called "TVS" lobes), and gear the pullies to get you no less than 20 PSI boost in the manifold. This will give you sick big-block HP!
