you probably want 18x9 for that tire size. its too small for 18x10. I would actually go with 255/45 if anything on 18x9 for best fit

o/r H pipe would still be the best option. I think the borla/FRPP stingers are still quite deep. Not as good as previous gen but the 3v is just not going to match those in the sound department IMO

Assuming the tune is correct it could be the clutch maybe. But that is a lot done at one time so and it could be an airflow issue.

Sounds like an issue that the dealer should look into. How much does it get out of adjustment? Does it get worse and worse or just get a little out and stay like that?

I replaced mine with a GT500 TB that i got for $225 i think. Didnt notice anything substantial in gains. I have many other mods to free up airflow too so hard to believe that its really worth 20 HP...

I cant think of anything major other than the plugs really. A couple TSBs but the dealer would address those...
