The first line on the temp gauge is 160 degrees and it comes out of cold fuel table. Don't worry about it getting to 192 as long as your over 160 your good and in a fuel efficient map.

This is completely untrue. No changes from after the maf to the intake manifold have any effect on the tune. The only time you need to rescale the maf transfer is if you change to a different MAF.

Of the 30 or 40 mod engines I've built and installed not one did I ever have to prime. Assembly lube is enough for the 2 seconds it takes for the engine to build pressure.

If you were turning it by hand there is no way you could have damaged the head. Did you put the cam caps back exactly where they came off? Did you put the cams in the correct heads?

I have built quite a few short blocks with MMR kits and never had a problem. Are you sure everything is is facing the correct way? Are you sure you told MMR the correct block you have.

It is impossible to make the rear straight axle camber unless you actually bend the axle which is done in road race cars. If it is sitting left or right then the lower control arms mounts are bent....
