You wouldnt get anything if it was the solenoid. If the starter is spinning but not the engine then it's the starter gear or the ring gear. Or the starter bolts came loose.

Sounds like the starter gear broke. You're going to have to pull it out to check it. Make sure the ring gear on the flexplate/flywheel isnt chewed up too

Get the axle code from the door tag, It will tell you what gears you have. I dont know if anyone even makes different gear ratios for the 7 1/4 rear.

Do alot of research, some use a smaller base circle cam. So you cant use just any roller cam out there. The crane kit uses a regular cam, but $450 a set...
