in my opinion, unless you dont have the money to buy good parts there is no other reason to de-stroke a street engine. besides keeping pistons speed down with cheap pistons, i dont see why else you...

how possible would it be to run roller lifters on a flat tappet? does the lobe have too aggressive of a peak shape on it to run a roller lifter or is it possible?

this may not help a ton, but in 70's trucks swaps from a 351m (pretty much the same) to a 460, you can use the same cable.

id try to trade the 351m for a 302 or 289 to go in place...youll need alot of new/custom stuff to put that 351m in there, and youll probably never be happy with a I-6.

68 bucks?? i put that in my 79 f250 after i took out the big second tank...i put 80 in my 08 f150 every 2 weeks and thats just below 1/4 tank..

your gas prices are 25 cents higher than mine here...
