Several years ago I was in the same exact spot as you. I went with a fuel pump and injector upgrades for both my P1SC install and enough to support future upgrades. I upgraded the clutch and kept the...

ProCharged 2000 GT for sale locally. North-Central Illinois (61065 zip)

It's been fun driving and modding my daily driver but I can't get by with a 2-door any longer. This baseball season has...

So my clutch started making noise today. 40k miles on a King Cobra cluthc. When I touch the pedal it makes a slight squealing noise and changes pitch about midway through the range and then stops at...

RE: Blower and Octane again

Yes, higher octane is less combustable, which is why it is less prone to detonation. I run nothing but 93 in my application.

For efficency sake, it is best to run the lowest octane gas that your...

RE: Traction Control - 2000 GT

Well, it was wet out today and I was spinning quite a bit. Traction control was in fact off (spun just fine and no TC activation light on the dash) but the light was not lit. I guess it could be that...

RE: One tire spinning!!!! IDK why

I thought that means your clutch packs are just getting too hot or are wearing out. Put in 4.10's and have them check everything while they are in there.

RE: Traction Control - 2000 GT

I have 285's and subframe connectors so I have really good traction. If I stand on it, I go.

If I rev it and dump the clutch I can easily break them loose but I do not want to do that because if...

Traction Control - 2000 GT

My traction control light is no longer lit on my button in a 2000 GT.

Is there a problem with the traction control or is it simply an indicator light? I haven't checked the fuses yet but I will...

RE: 3.73 gears..if you have them PLZ answer

I listened to everyone and went with 3.73 since I am ProCharged. If I had to do it again I would go 4.10 or nothing. I do a lot of highway driving and the RPM's aren't bad but the speeds I typically...

RE: question about steeda under drive pullies

I would do Steeda UDP's again on a non-FI Mustang. With that said however, if you haven't done exhaust yet I would do a midpipe and catbackfirst.

I gained almost 3 mpg with Steeda UDP's on my...

RE: NFS Pro Street.... Any good?

I just got it for Christmas and it plays like a poor rip-off of Juiced. Not really impressed. I've had more fun with my kids Guitar Hero III.

RE: Help me pick my blower

k, I only ask because I have always wondered about the TQ/RWHP relationship, especially as reported by various dyno's. I wasn't questioning the results, just the relationship between the two.

I...

RE: Help me pick my blower

Are you sure about that? Intercooling typically lowers the pressure not raise it. If you put a PowerPipe on, then you might see an increase but 2 PSI still seems like an optimistic expectation.

RE: Help me pick my blower

Wow, I must have the only good P-1SC ever made. I just made my 6th oil change since I got the unit new and have never had a leak (knock on wood). I have over 30k miles on the unit. I have been very...

RE: procharger D1SC vs. KB 2.6l

As a centri owner I have always been amazed at the comments about when centri power hits. I can sit at the line and rev to 5k RPM and barely get the needle to read boost due to the obvious lack of...

It's called PROFESSIONAL football. This is not college folks. There's no such thing as running up the score. Coaches and players are paid millions of dollars to play a game. If a team doesn't want to...

RE: Few Questions regarding P1SC

I don't think the CR will be an issue if you run 8 psi, you just need to watch the stock bottom end by getting it dyno tuned watching the A/F and keep the numbers to the rear wheels in the low 400's....

RE: NEW TO THE BOOST WORLD

OP said it was for a ProCharger. ProCharger setups use a blow through MAF.

On a ProCharger setup it goes: Air Filter, IAT, Head Unit, IC, MAF, BPV (routes back before IAT in intake tube between...

RE: Can I install the Vortech?

I would use a punch, not a drill bit. If you drill it out you will not have much material to put your threads into unless you are welding the fitting in there. If you use increasing size punches, you...

RE: I know this IS a Stupid Question BUT

Are the non-PI internal and block any different than the PI ones? I thought they were the same with the difference being only the heads and intake.

9psi or 19psi, 300 rwhp is not stressing the...
