you don't need to pull the headers to see if the bolt is wrung off in the head, just use a small screwdriver to probe the bolt hole and see how far it goes into the hole, use your thumb as a depth...

does your rear end still have the large metal dogbone weight bolted to it?? this is a vibration damper and if it's not there, this might be the source of the vibrations unless it is in a tire/wheel...

solid roller cams can work with very high lift rate cams and therefore they can make lots more HP than hydraulic roller cams. you also don't have the problem with lifter pump-up on the solid rollers.

unless the new crank is made for the 28 oz harmonic balancer, that is not the right one for a late model 5.0 engine which uses a 50 oz. one. you must keep the balancer, crank, and flywheel/flexplate...

the stock engine driven fan is variable speed depending on engine speed, so it don't run a just one speed. plus it also is not needed much above 35 mph as the air flow through the radiator at speed...
