Opening it up "might" reduce underhood temps a little, but would also expose your engine to more weather elements. Louvers, such as those on a 2013 GT, make much more sense for todays cars.

I can get Sync AppLink to recognize only one app at a time. In other word, if I run pandora, stitcher and NPR on my iPhone, and say "mobile apps", it will find only one of them. Shouldn't it find all...

The trick to large wheels is the car's height and stance in relationship to the wheels. If the car sits too high off the tires, the larger wheels begin to look like wagon wheels, in my opinion.
