Buy a low mileage 4r75w and enjoy. They hold up very well in stock form plus with a j-mod it will help longevity. Make sure you replace the spiral snap ring if revving past 6k.

I don't think you could go wrong with either choice. The tighter LSA with the CMS cams really help N/A. If you're not going to be spraying often then I'd opt for the CMS cams as the nitrous cams...

With cams I'd say nothing less than a 3800 stall. J-mod will give you the shifts you're looking for. Trans-Go kits I think are a waste of money.

I see no reason why I shouldn't be able to have a sig.

Other people have incorrectly sized sigs and they either don't get changed or have no repercussions from it.

It's a torque multiplier. It takes the engine torque and multiplies it at the transmission. Higher stall allows you to foot brake to a higher rpm and saves weight over stock.

3800 stall, 4.10s, j-mod, mid pipe, tubular front, slicks and a good day of weather and track prep. You can hit 12s without cams or gutting your interior.
