RE: need help with GT fog install

Charlies stuff at West Coast is A#1! They really do a great wiring harness. There harness is better than Fords IMO! Conversion with the GT switch is a little tricky from the stock V6 switch. The...

RE: Message to Anyone getting Foglight Conversions

Charlies instructions tell you to use liquid soap too. Its just a real tight fit that really wasnt meant to be when Ford built the V6. They want you to spend the extra 7K for the GT!

RE: Magnaflow cat back exhaust problem

I put the same exhaust on my car with the GT bumper. It was a real PITA to get lined up correctly! They are real hard to line up correctly, especially the one on the drivers side. If you want both of...

RE: How hard is rear bumper removal/install?

It is riveted, I did my bumper! You can remove the rear bumper cover without touching any rivets. Ford rivets a plastic retaining bar on the inside of the bumper cover and thats whats used to run the...

RE: if you want to keep your warranty dont use a programmer!

I have always been one not to worry about warranty stuff and just do what I want to do since I own the car anyway. If you get a programmer, I got the SCT2, it stores your orginal program into the...

RE: How hard is rear bumper removal/install?

Not too hard to swap out. Although you will need a rivet gun and larger rivets to do correctly. Here is a link.

RE: Winter Oil Change

There isnt enough miles on the car to change it yet IMO. Oil is a product that wears out/breaks down with use. Yours isnt used up yet. I always change mine on mileage intervals. My Mustang is a daily...

RE: Do 17's make a difference?

I got the GT takeoff 17's and put them on my V6 stang. If you look at both tires height wise they are identical height. Its just the rim is 1" bigger on the 17 and the rubber is 1" smaller. So...

RE: sct 2 question

The reason they want you to pull the fuses is because in the first flash you do, it loads your orginal program into the SCT2. If for some reason the fan/fuel pump comes on and you have a weak battery...
