You have to have a fuse problem. Might get lucky and call your local dealer and ask what fuse??? They might just tell you. Better yet go to the dealer and go to parts to buy the fuse, and ask them....

I would be very hesitant to remove a molding that was 10 plus years old on the car. Most likely the paint has faded some and you will see the outline of the molding that was removed.

I put one on my 07 V6 but I also did a Roush bumper cover. I think it would be quite a task to put on the regular V6 bumper

I think you are barking up the wrong tree looking at the brakes. I would check suspension components such at the strut bushings and sway bar bushings.

I guess we are the only 2 that doesn't want to get stranded when it brakes and or crash because of the break.... I was thinking about using a dremel tool to cut the old one off.

I would start basic first. Change out the fuel filter, Maybe put some injection cleaner in it an run. I use seafoam. After that then I would look towards the fuel pump.

The weird part of this is in 5th or 6th if I move the shifter over to Right side maybe 1/8th of and inch it goes away, same with 1st 2nd but pull it towards the left...

I am not saying that it is not the brakes but if that doesn't fix it Look at the universal joints on the driveshaft.... Of if you want to check that first jack up the back end and rotate the rear...

If you really want to do a swap to a V8 you better have a donor car. Too many parts to piece meal it. Better off with turbo's or a Supercharger.
