RE: Haters for the Side Stripes

Nice! Where did you get the Mach 1 side stripes? I wanted them on mine for a long time, although eventually I decided that I'd feel a bit silly wearing Mach 1 badging with only ~200 hp... looks...

RE: Mod Help!

ah, the age-old question... i think it comes down to what's more important to you.

i agree with rygen about the exhaust/tuner combo. i went with the C&L CAI and the SCT XCal2 from Bamachips for...

RE: Anyone know whose stang this is?

I think it was a 13.522 -- that sounds about right for a blown 4.0 to me... right?

RE: HOLY HORSEPOWER!!! (one bad ass mustang)

I went with the Steeda Ultra Lites. The car corners much better now (very little body roll), and the ride is just as smooth unless I'm on a very bumpy road (gotta watch out for potholes though). I...

RE: finally got my rims !

Stang4yoass,

Those rims look sharp! 20's are usually a little too big for my taste, but that simple style looks good (sporty and classy rather than the gaudy "bling bling" 20's i'm used to...

RE: People who bought C&L CAI and Tuner from Bamachips.

I run the 93 octane torque tune (with the C&L CAI) from Doug at Bamachips, and my mpg is about the same overall. I can get a little better mpg on the highway (30+) if I drive conservatively (65 or...

RE: New England Tune?

I'm in New England, but -- sorry -- you can't re-use the tuner on multiple cars. Once you sync it to a particular car, it cannot be used on any other (unless you return to stock and clear the data)....

RE: How To: Install GT bumpers. Pics included!

Ha! Good call on the bumper, paulboy! Anybody know what kind of plastic it is? I'm gonna paint the chin spoiler first (Fang -- fiberglass), so I'll figure out the basic technique from that, but I...

RE: Thinking of starting a V6 Mustang Store

This is an important point. I started an ebay business a few years ago (selling old baseball cards) and even in that pre-existing structure it turned out to be a lot more involved than I had...

RE: Wife wants to trade in her Pony for a GT....

Rygen, as if it weren't enough to teach me half of what I know about our cars, you even throw in a little life lesson every now and again.

You are the man!

RE: How To: Install GT bumpers. Pics included!

My rear bumper is here! Can't wait to get it installed. Actually, first I'm gonna sand down the bottom lip and paint it a flat black to match my rockers and chin spoiler. Here's my question: all...

RE: Questions about Midas

Hey teacherman,

Midas in Putnam, CT installed my duals. We ended up going with Vortex mufflers instead of the Flowmasters, but other than that, it sounds similar to your setup.

I purchased...

I love this car!
