Default which headlight do you like on the s197?

I just got my mustang few weeks ago and I am thinking about getting new headlights.

The 2 I'm looking at are

1. http://www.americanmuscle.com/2010-h...lack-0509.html LED halo

2. http://www.americanmuscle.com/smoked...ghts-0509.html CCFL halo, but bigger

Idk though, I want a halo style to look more modern, and sometimes they look good and other times they look kinda odd to me... I may just keep my stock headlights and call it "Retro" Lol. What do you guys like?

I am a fan of the stock headlights personally.

Hey Zere - That's a tough one and I go back and forth on these almost daily! If I had to do this all over again with my '08 I would shoot for the Smoked CCFL Halo Headlights, I think they're really European looking and they're definitely a head turner. If you're trying to get a better idea of how they're going to look on yours check out our Customer Submitted Images:

Let me know if you have any questions and I hope this helps!

I had a credit to use at AM and decided on the smoked halo ones. They are unique but not too crazy. Any of the projectors styles just look crappy to me. I ordered them just today.

I like the stock ones, but the smoked halo ones aren't bad. The projector ones look horrible lol.

I personally think stock look great. You can't go wrong with a simple retro look. Halos do look cool, but they're also pretty common, so it's unlikely you'll be breaking any necks with them.

Ive read to many complaints on the Raxium Smoked CCFL Halo Headlights from AM.
From installed they aim to far down, and the adjusters dont allow enough room, and if go to far they will break.
As well as them really cutting out on the light output.

I would really like to see some halos in a non smoked lens. Fleabay has some, but always worry there too.

I did just get the Raxium halo fogs and love em! Needed to upgrade all bulbs tho as the stock yellow ish bulb really stuck out ugly.

I'm good with either, but I prefer the look of #2 as it stays closer to the factory look.
