Can anyone send me a pic of their 351w engine and how the alternator is installed?
I have a couple different brackets I bought of ebay, both with different sized spacers, and bolts, etc. I just can't seem how to figure out how to mount if properly, nothing seems to work. both say they were for a 351, but both came with instructions for a 289/302 (go figure).

You can drive yourself nuts trying to figure out SBF brackets & pulleys if you have a mismatched setup so you need to decide which you want to use and get a complete setup. What bracket setup are you using? 69 or 70 and later? They are different.
There is a particular bracket that is needed for the 351W alternator in both cases vs the 289/302. It mounts on the head passenger side head.
Here is the bracket needed for the 1969 alternator setup:
And this is the one used for post 69:

In my opinion the easiest way to avoid the headache that is pulley systems is to buy a kit that will handle everything. Like from march. You pay a little more but everything is included. Here is my march set up with a 1g alternator. It came with the proper spacer and bracket to attach to the head
Upper rad house was an issue only because the kit calls for a thermostat housing that looks straight up. But a friend fabricated me some stainless radiator hoses. Solving a that problem
