Well, I am buying a Shelby in about 18 days, flying in from Afghan to pick her up. Never owned a Mustang before or a v8 or a rear wheel drive. I am very cautious of its power and what not, so won't be hitting any crowds.
Wanted a nice looking car, looked at CTSVs, Audis, Camaros, Jeep SRT, BMW m3/m5. I just wanted a nice car to cruise in with some power but not to ricerish or to kid like.
Found this bad boy and thought yup that's the car I can see myself in.
Already ordered a Raxiom Nav / Cam unit and Valentine 1 which will be installed before I get the car.

Looks like it has some mods, make sure you get all the documentation, & ask lots of questions..
...................( GT500 owners usually have a folder & save all their paperwork )
If it has an aftermarket tune, who's tune & does it have a hand held.
The more you know up front, the less chance of issues after you sign the papers.
If it's @ a dealership, you want the contact info for the previous owner..
