How do I know which version do I have?

You can bring it up on your screen. Go to the "gear" symbol tab and you can find it there.

If you want to know what version is installed on your car (since Sync updates periodically) you can check it yourself easily as I said.

2015 I believe you have this screen:


Hit the settings (the gear symbol) and you get this screen::


Hit the "general" button and you get this screen:



Scroll down to this:



Hit the "about sync" and it will tell you the version, including what update you are on:






Now excuse me, I have to go back out to the car and dust it!

 

 

Does the bottom of your screen look like above? Older sync cars look different.

 

This is my screen,actually love it ,because it blends nicely.

 

Thats the sync with my ford touch, so it's the version before sync 3. That home screen has a house symbol at the bottom center.
