Send back the clutch pedal extender and order Maximum Motorsports clutch pedal height adjuster instead. Works beautifully, makes it so the pad on the clutch pedal aligns at the same height as your brake pedal, instead of being 2" or whatever higher.

Not sure what "red" upper and lower control arms consist of, but be careful. I assume they use solid polyurethane bushings on both ends? If so, use of the lowers will result in an initial handling benefit but could be problematic when pushing the car near its limits. If used hard, expect the bushings to self destruct in a rather short amount of time. The uppers, my advice is absolutely do not use them. In addition to potential negative handling attributes, they can and will destroy your torque boxes. Plenty of pictures and user testimony all over the Internet to confirm that.

There's a good sticky thread here over in the Suspension subforum, "The Official Suspension Guide". I highly recommend that you read through it, there is a ton of good and useful information regarding control arms and what makes one design better or more desirable than another, and also a ton of other suspension related info specific to our generation of Mustang as well.

I will try the extension first i need it to be about 2 inches up that way i can move back from the steering wheel. The extender should allow me to move one or two notches back on my side position but still let me engage the clutch as needed.. Struggles of being 5f 7

5'7"? Oh okay, yeah I can see that. I'm 5'11" so my problem was having the pedal stick up too far even with the seat rolled back.
