Default 2006 Mustang Electrical

I am having an issue with my 2006 Mustang GT. If I step on the brake pedal with the key out of the ignition all of the dash lights, warning lights and radio come on. it is as it I just turn the key to the run position. I am at a loss as to where to begin to look for the issue, Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You may have the well-known water leak from the cowl into the front passenger side footwell via the cabin air filter. Check if the carpet is wet and if there's water contamination of the SJB.

Tomorrow, I am going to shield my SBJ tomorrow. I am going to use Dynamat to
shield it from water, just in case. I plan to put the Dynamat over it, then cut a vent
slot down the center. OR a raised wall of Dynamat around it. Will also look
into changing out the drain plugs with something more reliable...

I find that if you check the drain plugs at every oil change it becomes a non issue. Granted it only benifits those that change their own oil.
