Smile Best mufflers and exhaust tips for 1997 Mustang V6 3.8L

Good evening my fellow Stang lovers. Can anyone recommend a good muffler which produces a deep tone for a 1999 Mustang V6 3.8L and exhaust tip? Any suggestions would be appreciated? Thanks in advance.?

Totally following this. I’m in the process of figuring out my exhaust.

The 3.8's are an even-fire motor. This means that it will NOT sound like a V8, no matter what you do. It can have a good idle, and nice sound up to 2500 or so, but at the upper ranges it will be 'buzzy'

Your best bet is a chambered muffler. Most run flowmaster 40s as a tried and true setup. Alternately, MAC and Dynomax also sound good. I have had both of these, and prefer a dynomax chambered muffler.

For tips, rolled or double-walled. If you do no have the GT rear bumper, a 2.5" tip will look nice under the bumper.
