Default Stage 3 comp cam issues

I currently have my car torn apart, came to realize my stock camshaft bolts do not fit the stage 3 cams. Did research and figured out that there is ones that fit. Will they fit through the cam gear if anyone knows that answer? Also will I have piston to valve clearance issues? I have the beehive valve springs and retainers. How much of a tune will I need? Is it safe to drive for a shirt distance before tuning? Will using a compression tester hooked to an air compressor work to keep the valve from falling while taking off retaining clips to swap springs and retainers? If anyone has any answers it would be much appreciated. Ir any other tips, or point me into the right direction with anything. Thanks in advance!

you will need a dyno tune for it with the cam update, you can let bama or who ever u are useing with tuner to write you a tune to get you where you can drive it , but for sure get it dynoed i made the mistake of thinking the bama tunes alone would be all i needed, but in the end had to get it dynoed and big difference with true dyno tune and canned tunes and i would think the air commpressor would be a good idea my self
