Default 1966 Mustang 3-Speed, 200 ci 6 manual transmission and rear axle fluid.

Ladies and Gents-
New Mustang owner with fluid replacement question. I need to add fluid to both my manual 3-speed transmission as well as my rear axle. The shop manual calls for the following fluid which are no longer available:

Transmission: C3RZ-19C547-B (Rotunda Manual Transmission Lube)
Rear Axle: C1AZ-19580-E or F (FoMoCo Hypoid Gear Lube)

What should I be using and when can I find the appropriate fluids? I've search around and there is a lot of conflicting info. Thanks all!
Erik

From what I've seen they recommend a GL-4 gear oil for the older transmissions like your 3 speed and a GL-5 oil for the rear end.
