Should This Carfax Concern Me?

Should This Carfax Concern Me?
I'm currently driving an F150, but it rarely gets used as a truck so I've been considering trading it in on a (used) Mustang. I found one that is the color/options I want, but the Carfax has several mentions of " Engine/powertrain computer/module checked" which I don't see on any other cars in that mileage range and it makes me wonder if the module is bad? What do you all think? Thanks in advance.

Additional info- I just called the dealer that it mentions as doing the service. He didn't have any info on that issue specifically, but he did say they replaced Injectors, the intake manifold, 1 ignition coil and 1 spark plug. That sounds a bit excessive for a car with only 16k miles, no?

Some of these 5.0s are rolling off the line with engine issues. I am seeing more and more
complaints on them. It can either be, the person wanted it checked because it was
running bad, or not right so they diagnosed the ECU.
Looks like, roughly, every 200 miles it was coming back for a look... Looks to me like the
person got sick of dealing with the car, so they got rid of it. I mean, had it for just over 2.5
years, and only had 16,477 miles on it when re-up'd for sale... ME? I would stay away from
it. There is no indication a problem was remedied.
Those parts should show up on the report if they were replaced. I mean, you see a tire
mounted and balanced, so why aren't those parts listed?

Ford service should be able to pull up the service history through OASIS if the other dealer uses it to go over exactly why the vehicle was in the service bay so often.
But, i'd be leery either way though. As mentioned, it's been in a lot for the same "service" so that means the problem was not resolved or at least resolved to the previous owners satisfaction.
