Default Both headlights work on low beam but only 1 works on high?

Is this likely a bad relay or a bad bulb since its only 1 side? Low beam on both sides work fine and the high beam on the left works fine. I had paintless dent removal done on the same side where the issue is, maybe they jarred it and blew the high beam or pulled on a headlight cable? Or bulb just failed?

Not the relay, else both hi-beams would not work.

More then likely, the hi beam filament was broken with the impact.

You should ALWAYS go to the bulb first, before anything, even asking....
