Default Camshaft & Valvetrain Sets (289)

Rebuilding my stock 289 with the intent of keeping it a daily driver.

Looking for a good Camshaft & Valvetrain set that fits my need of low-mid range torque. Looking for lobe seperation of 108-114, less than .500 lift, and 10-55 degrees of overlap.

Opinions Appreciated!

get new stock type springs and set the open spring pressure to from 95 to 110 lbs

compression is king . i would run around 9.3 with .035" thick cometic head gaskets and with the pistons .002" below the deck surface.
