Default HELP! Hesitation With Chirping Sound

2001 Mustang V6 3.8-
Please help anyone im not sure what to do,
So my car has been hesitating/ surging with a quite chirping sound with it. It threw CodeP0301-(Cylinder 1 Mis-Fire). Its got about 65,000 miles on it and is super clean all the way around. Heres a list of everything I've done and replaced-
1. New Air Filter
2. New Fuel Filter
3. New Spark Plugs
4. New Plug Wires
5. Cleaned MAF
6. Cleaned Almost All Electrical Connectors
7. Cleaned Throttle Body
8. New Throttle Positioning Sensor
9. New Camshaft Positioning Sensor
10. New Crankshaft Positioning Sensor
11. Tested Coil Pack
12. Checked For Vacume Leaks

I really can't afford to take it to a mechanic right now, please if anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it!!

Did you replace the Cam Synchronizer too? Mine squeaked like crazy. I watched YouTube videos and did it myself. The cam position sensor attaches on the top of it.

Welcome! Mine bucked and hesitated with a bad cam position synchronizer, then it kept stalling. Here's one of the videos I used to change it. There's a tooth you will see in the video. What I did different to hold the tooth in place was I took pictures of the whole thing before I yanked it out to show which way the sensor itself was pointing. And marked with a Sharpie where the tooth was positioned. Then on the new part with the tooth to keep it in place I put two small cubes of styro foam squares on each side of the tooth. I also just 8n case marked its position. I was 57 when I did that and I'm sure you can do it too. Oh the video has three parts. https://youtu.be/E7kORPEithQ
