Sorry I should have been a little more clear they were on the car when I bought it and I had bought it off of a Volkswagen dealership

They company that makes them is called Platinum wheels. Looks like the 435 Flux models.

Yes, I was trying to be, nice...

As far as the rims, someone would have to recognize the center cap for a brand name. Also,
you should have shown all the markings on the back side of the rim. There may be some
information there. Other than that, it's a guessing game, your your guesses are as good as
anyone else's.
