Question starts and only runs on starting fluid

I have a 2002 Mustang GT I bought from an insurance auction. It didn't have the original key since it was lost, so I changed the PCM, ECM, Key, Ignition, and Lock, and it flashes THEFT It turns over and only starts on starting fluid and stays running on starting fluid, even though the Fuel Pump kicks on as soon as the key is turned, can anyone help me with why it will only stay running on starting fluid even though the fuel pump is on?

Did you check the inertia switch, and reset it?

Hmmm. . . all the injectors clean and putting out fuel? All the valves like the EGR free of buildup?

EGR will not effect fuel flow, at best, stuck open will cause a vacuum leak. Stuck
closed, no problem... I run without EGRs all the time, cars run fine without it.

Also, flashing THEFT, fuel is cut off, the injectors are deactivated at the ECU. Your induction
ring at the lock cylinder that powers the key transponder may be bad, or the receiver isn't working.
So, you have a PATS issue. Sorry I missed that...
