I have a 2001 GT. Both window motor/regulators have gone out so I replaced them. Here's the problems I am having:

Driver side: The window rolls down fine. Rolling it up goes fine about halfway, then goes extremely slow until it is up. If the engine is iff but key is ACC, it may not make it all the way up.

Passenger side: Window rolls down about 2 inches, the the front side of window stops, back side keeps going making it crooked, then stops. Will roll back up from this position fine.

Any thoughts or solutions? Thank you.

If you raplaced both moter and regulator on both sides. My guess is that the felt on the window seals is worn off and its grabbing on the rubber. Try a little silicone spray on the window seals that the window travels through and see if it helps.

Thanks. It did help the driver side window.

I took another look at the passenger side, and it looks like the metal track the window slides on inside the door has split? There is a metal piece stopping it from sliding down farther. Not sure if there is an easy fix since I can't reach it without unscrewing parts of the regulator to get it out of the way first.
