I would have covered/removed the plates.
Could be a bad thing.

Nice ride, must suck when you have to put plates on the front, takes away from the pure beauty.

Nice ride. I hate the front plate on mine also. I wish Tx would do away with that thing. Here's a couple of mine. What ya think?

I have not put the front plates on ... so far I've only had 1 warning and that was April of last year.
