I think it could very so much. Depends on the compression of the motor and how much ware and tare there is on it. Gears doesn't really add HP. Just helps transfer the HP to the ground. Pully's are mainly for torque, so that your componets on the engine don't drag down the crank. the chip and exhaust on the other hand would add some. The exhaust more if you have good headers. Ofcourse it goes in reverse there. Good headers, better heads, valves... etc. I'd say stock probably 10-15hp would be safe.
