Default Now headlights... always something

I just put new low beams in my sig car today. I turned them on tonight to adjust the angle of shine, and low and behold the right side light doesn't shine as bright as the driver's side. Did I maybe get a bad bulb or do a have a voltage regulation problem. If so, where do I look?

Ground fault maybe? how did the plug connection look when you had them out, I have had corrosion play some nasty tricks on me in the past.

I didn't even look at it and it was kinda dark in my garage. I've still got the old bulbs out there though. I'll have to check them out I guess.
