Default Sequential FI

What was the first year the Mustang went sequential FI? Will the 4.6 computer work in my 87 with the right harness? I'm a little old to wear my hat sideways, but I really want to laptop my ride and break some parts.......LOL

The short answer to that is no. The 4.6 is an OHC engine and the 5.0 is an OHV engine. I'd suggest getting a computer out of a 5.0 car.
