with out knowing your mods we cant tell you what size but as for brand i would get a quick fuel they are extremely nice carbs and well worth the extra cash.

I run a Quick Fuel as well, excellent carb. Rather pricey, but you actually get a lot for what you pay, everything on the carb is tunable with screw in restrictors.
