Modded Evo 9 MR vs. modded 93 lx 5.0
I raced my friends EVO from a 2nd gear 40 mph roll. His mods are a manual boost controller and i thinkhe is running 20 or 21 lbs of boost, a 3 inch down pipe with full exhaust, and a K & N drop in filter which actually frees up like 14hp in those cars. My 5.0 has a bbk 65mm TB, BBk CAI, BBK long tubes and h pipe, flowmaster mufflers, and a 3.55 gear. We went from a roll because he would have murdered me from a stop cause all i do is spin. Any way there was about a half a car distance between my front bumper and his rear bumper. Luckily he is a good friend though he didnt rub it too bad. lol. I got a vortech s-trim waiting to go on now though. Just nedd my FMU.

sounded like a car and a half to me because didn't he say his front bumper was about a half car away from the evo's rear bumper so i'd call that a car and a half. But ne ways nice death. Once your get your supercharger those evo's aint s*** from a roll.

I guess that only applies when a non-mustang owner wants to go from a roll though.

never ran the car in the 1/4 but when my friend i bought it from had it he went 8.86 in it in the 1/8. Thats with out power shifting to. I thing it could go lower power shifting it.
