12's finally...
 

i finally hit 12's two weekends ago and i have much more room for improvment. i couldn't find the sweet spot to launch at(tooooo many people there and only got four runs in). i launched at 5300 to get a 12.87 and still bogged off the line. i am going to VMP tomorrow night and then to Richmond on sunday. i am determined to hit low 12's or better. i am going to gut the living $hit out of my car tonight as well. i am weighing in at 3475 with me in it. goal is to be around 3000 or so lbs. will keep you all updated when i get back...

that is alot of weight to take out! my car weighs 3080 with me in it for race weight.

60 ft is pretty good, it bogged launching at 5300? If that is true then you need more gear or you need more power. obviously...lol.

1.7 is good for a street car, I leave off idle and get those, but of course theres a bit more cubes under my hood. Nice times, what gear you runnin. tires, etc...

4.10's with a 275/50/15 DR running on 310 N/A RWHP!!!!damn that sounded good. lol..... i need to launch at a higher rpm. i am trying to find that sweet spot right before the tires break loose.

i would love to race you. a no **** drivers race. it would be better than me vs. stock cobra since you are n/a. more power under the curve. i get to race a saleen in a few weeks. we will both hit 12.8 or so.

Sounds cool. I havent had the opportunity to build a Mod 4.6 yet, thats why I dont give anyone advice about them. Still from what I can see you have an impressive ride especially for NA. 12's sure feel good dont they?

I know where that sweet spot is... Right at 3100 rpm if the track conditions are right and I get the rubbers heated well
