Tonight after I dropped my girlfriend off I was cruising around and found a gtp. We both gunned it once on the highway and I thought I heard a turbo but wasn't sure. We pull over and turns out that he has a turbo with full exhaust, intake, and a mild cam! 387rwhp. I was pretty sure he'd beat me but we decided to run anyway. We went from 70 -110. When we started I had him by about 2 lengths and then this thing just comes buzzin by me, that freakin turbo was screaming and he kept gaining, overall he probably got me by like 7 lengths. It was a freaking awesome car. Just thought I'd share.

ha, my bad man, wasn't thinking and i'm use to typing rwhp instead of fwhp or awhp.

he said it was some bolt on turbo he bought on ebay. it was definetly a turbo though.

Just like 03/04 Cobra guys who swap out the blower for a turbo...and then they go REALLY fast

There are actually tons of Turbo GTP's out there, some very very fast ones.

nice i raced my buddies 98 or 99 eclipse on the freeway about 70 to 130 and hes pushing right around the same numbers.
