My 98 GT vs. 2.4 liter Z24 cavalier
 

Hey everyone. My friend is part of a car club here. And i keep hearing about a Cavalier that eats Mustangs. So the other night i went to see my buddy and this kid was there. His friend coms up to me and says. "Do you think youre Mustang is fast?" I said.Its ok. So he asked if i would race this cavalier. So i said sure, whatsdone to it. He says NOS, Intake, exhaust. So he asks me how much HP im pushing. I sy 206. He says he has 217hp. Ok, moe hp than me, this should be equal. So i race this moron and i pull about 2 car lenghts on him. I wait for him to pull up next to me andi ask for another race. He says he wasnt using his most poerful shot of NOS. I laugh and say use it then. He said he didnt have enough gas and was on his way. lol. BTW, he had a 55 shot of NOS.

I dont know about him but when i race anyone I go balls out
it like shifting easy when racing and not launching hard .......
HIS EXCUSE SUCKS.
he was fast, but yours was faster.

Basically you raced what could have been a real winner, but he turned out to be a ricer. Great. chaulk another one up to your 98. Good win. ;)

I actually dont have much respect for that car. I raced a brand new cav z24 w/ a stick and it barely beat me in my 96 v6 auto....i mean honestly, anything that can barely beat that has got some probs. But sweet kill with the cav all riced up.

Uh... you have a V6, he has a 4 banger... two completely different areas of power, power bands, times and engine/drivetrain configurations. Stick to racing V6 Camaros. Let me race the 2.4 Cavaliers... I have yet to play with one yet. I wanna see how I'll do.

In one of my Chevy High performance mags they had a 100-0-100 shootout and the only non-V8 entry was the RK Sport Cavalier, complete with wing, body kit, nitrous, and 15.1 e.t. It was disqualified because it did not reach 100.[sm=lol.gif]
