Hi guys i am not new, have a few friends on this website both with 98GT's and all 3 of us are in our own little car club we call RED Rice Eating Domestics ( i am the only one with a non performance car that seems to perform lol)

Any way last month i lined up with a friends 99 Accord I-4 from a dig, and i destroyed him a few times. no smack talk about that

Same night i raced a 01 Grand Am GT, i lost by 1 length not to bad

Few weeks later my friend with teh accord calls me up saying his car is in the shop and he has his dads V8 T-bird and he wants to go out and look for some racing. so we go out 3 people... 2 in the t-bird me in me car. And we are driving around and i rev at him jsut for fun and he goes off at me Don't mess with me ill destroy you with this car, i just shrug w/e its a v8 he prob can im ina 4door I4. So by the end of the night im sick of his additude and im like lets line them up now. We line em up... 1 honk 2 honk 3rd honk, i went off the line with a small chirp he left the line with out any sound cept for the v8 raoring... i start pulling on him by the end i had him by 3 car lengths... he didn't talk the rest of the night.

Same guy with T-bird he just bought a 06' Dodge Dakota cocky as hell with it, it seems really fast its only a base model v6, but it can feel the hp and torque difference from his car to mine and he was saying he can definately beat me now... we line them up.... 3 honks i chirp off the line he leaves very smoothly i pull little by little end of race i had a car length on him....

Idk how, my car seems like the biggest POS lol.

one of the 98Gt friends me and him went out one night seperate cars we were fooling around. some kid we knew with the 06 s2k owned us... then some lancer that was boosted came up to teh mustang i was behind the lancer and a red light went up this is it... stang is still trying to get to the light when he gets there its alrdy green and the lancer is waiting as soon as he pulls up next to him they go... stang starts pulling right away, then i heard the turbo started spooling on the lancer my god that thing took off like no ones business left us covered in exhuast fumes.

Any way thats my recap of the past month had a few other small things but most of them are cars that like to weave in and out of traffic and not line up with you lol

My ride is a POS 99' Oldsmobile Alero 4door I4 CAI, and a Cut off on the exhuast that to bypass the CAts and Muffler. Stock its 150hp 155 ft/lbs torque, its automatic also.

 

Haha! I wanna live in your town. I think my Maxima would be crowned king.

Don't listen to him, just keep racing what ya got, but go by these 2 rules:
-Don't be an assh*le about it
-Know thy enemy, or you will look like an idiot if your racing a car that's in a different league

 

It's true that a person dosen't have to have a fast car to have fun.I had a bone stock '93 240sx and I had a blast beating the hell out of it.I did sh_t with that car that I wouldn't even think about doing too the Cobra.

 

Exactly, we all have to start somewhere, and most of us (at least I wasn't, I had my first race in a grand am lol) weren't blessed enough to start out with a sports car.
