Lets see, many S197 Mustangs are making a 25-30rwhp increase with an intake and tune, its been dyno proven. But if the 4v Cobras cant even make that with an intake and tune, than I feel sorry for them.I still think bolt on for bolt on an S197 can take a N/A Cobra.

a NA cobra won't see 30-35rwhp from Intake, midpipe and tune... maybe 1/2 that. They won't respond to mods as well as the Terminators do... much better then GT's but not as well as the Terminators...

Your car probably got a 30-35rwhp gain from your mods. So if you raced a stock S197, I can see you beating him. But race one with the same mods as you, and I dont see you fairing aswell. It would probably be a neck and neck race, but good kill on this guy.

Not trying to rag but he was probably close to stock. Nice kill though. I cant find a good race where its a nose diffrence or less that a car atleast.

Not true, who knows what each car dynos? And even when they do people usually show the range. For instance if I were to say "The Shelby GT comes with 500hp stock" It is pretty easy to tell I'm talking about the gross hp. But if I were to say "The Shelby GT puts down 450-460 to the tires stock" you could easily tell I was talking about the net hp. The original topic was about crank hp if you would have read it a bit more thoroughly. Having that said..his 505hp statement was correct. But you said not quite, and you responded with Bicks non stock 480rwhp.

505 is what the cars are rated at..Not what they put to the tires..You do understand the difference between gross and net hp don't you?

The C6s are rated at 400hp crank. With a s/c i'd imagine he'd be over 430rwhp....you'd die quickly
