supercharged + nitrous gt vs supercharged 350Z
Well, I got my car tuned Friday and made 500 rwhp and 500 rwtq on the nitrous. I've had this race setup for a couple of weeks now. This is the badest 350Z I've ever come in contact with. It has a roots style blower with meth. and a 4000 dollar suspension with slicks and who knows what else. It runs 7.7s in the 1/8th I know, I seen him run and he handed me his ticket when he come back around. He's really put a whoopin on all the V8's around here FI or not. We were pretty much even in 1st and 2nd but when I hit third I started pulling on him then he missed a gear. We didn't run another race because he said he knew it wouldn't do any good and one lose was enough for one night he said. We then got stopped by the law and I got a no proof of insurance and improper tire ticket. He told me to get my proof and a new set of tires before the court date, come show him at the station and he'll throw them out. It was still fun but I've decided it'll be my last street race. 500 rwhp shouldn't be played with on the street imo. I didn't realize it would be so unpredictable. I'm sure I was running over 100 when we crossed the line and there were people standing at the finish line. I was against it in the first place but let them talk me into it. If I was to wreck into the bystanders and I lived through it I would regret it for the rest of my life. So I am done, but the track is open today!

Were you spraying at the time? If his suspension is so badass, he must be pulling a great 60' time... what was his MPH at the 1/8th?
In a street race, where traction is limtied, you should put a HURTING on a 7.7 car. Hell, I ran basically a 8.0 with only 420 WHP, no i/c (so not making 420 at the top of the track.. pulling timing) and a weaksauce 1.9 60' time.

A 8.0 sounds right to me with a 1.9 60 and 420 whp. I went a 7.81 in mine with 400 whp one time but had a 1.63 60. It was just a good day though, it only happened once. I run consistant 8.0s with 60 in the high 1.7s low 1.8s. I'm going to try the new setup out this afternoon at the track and see what I can do now.

OK, you posted this on ls1tech also..
As far as the guys 1/8 and trap with that 60ft. That does not put him at 450rwhp like you stated... I made 395rwhp and best for me was a 7.8@90 with a 1.7 60ft. I have a stock suspension too.
