Tell that to the many WRX's that are in the 11's! I'm not talking STI's either! Stock they should run dead even with a new edge. STI's should run even with a Mach 1 stock.

My stock WRX was just barely behind a 94gt (auto)with headers.. He then added 4.10s and pulled on me until I went stage 2 then I shut him down..
Stock WRX can be slow.. Especially 2002/2003 (round headlights) and the 2004/2005 Peanut Headlights as they are only a 2.0L.. The 2006+ WRX has the larger 2.5L which really helps downlow but they kept the same turbo which can't flow enough air above 5,000rpms.. The stock WRX 02-05 puts down about 163awhp.. They also weight in at 3200lbs.. It should be an easy kill for you guys, however stage 2 can put them up to 300awhp and about 270awtq.. (I know TQ is the race winner).. The trend seams to be that "Most" WRXs are stage 2 with around 300awhp but then it tends to really jump up to about 500awhp as they need to upgrade the turbo to go past stage 2 and most (like myself) go BIG..
As for the STi, I don't know asmuch about them stock as I don't have one, but they are 300bhp stock and weight in about the same as the WRX.. They also have a 6speed man inplace of the weak 5 speed in the WRX..
If you guys really want to laugh find a punk in a WRX and get him to dump his clutch and listen for the gears to go BOOOMMMMM...
As for the driver mod.. There is a HUGH difference especially from a dig..
