Well i got a good kill the other day on my way home. I saw a sti rollin up behind me so i slowed down to let him catch up. He got beside me and we went from a 50 roll and by 120 i had pulled by about a car or car and a half. It was a stock sti. i drive a turbocharged rsx type s with full exhaust.


I am the boosted rsx scg87 has talked about inn some posts btw. Thought this place was pretty cool to hang out at i read the forum quite a bit but just never post until now.

And that's enough for an STI? The roll notwithstanding. Wouldn't that make in the ballpark of 285 crank HP? Excuse my ignorance with rice...unless it's of the RWD variety.

Eh, he should be around 270 or so crank hp. And taking into account the STi's drivetrain loss, it evens out more or less. From a dig would be a different story, of course...

I getcha...I took the DT loss into account and overated his HP estimate by 15 to account for his win when opposed to the STI's 300 (or 305). Anything can happen on the street though, and I'm sure he weighs less...either way, I'd prolly go down to both from a roll which pisses me off anyway[:@]...
*EDIT* Just reread OP. From a 50 roll I would probably lose handily to both...
