The day (night) I put my car headfirst into a whitebirch tree was the saddest I can come up with......

If you're referring to racing, a npi gt brings about many a sad day.......too many to list

Don't sweat it. If you were both stock it would be a pretty even race. He's probably turned up. At least a pulley swap which places GTP's easily into the mid 14's.

As for being beaten by a GTP. Serious ones run in the 12's.

WOW, that is sad. That was a beautiful car. Damn.

One of my saddest days was when I was t-boned in my 'camaro that I had for 6 months back in '02. Dude hit me at almost 90 mph (I heard from a friend who knew the guy) Knocked the trunk off the car, shattered almost everything in the interior, knocked my wheels and **** completely sideways, spun us around a few times untill we got stopped by a lightpole. Seat belts made it feel like I got hit in the chest with a baseball bat. I couldn't breath for like a minute. I thought I was fuked up. Strangely enough, I walked away with only that. No cuts, no broke bones, no nothing. Then there was the legal ****. Another worst day. Won't get into that though.

Worst racing day was when I got smacked by a mustang Cobra. I don't know if I was really sad, as it was a cobra, but he had me by probably 5 cars when I shut it down around 150 mph.
