think i got a superstang
Well i was pulling out of work today and this mustang with dumps, and cowl induction hood, full bolt on stage 2 cams, suspension and some other normal things for a gt, well we pulled out on the highway and he got me from a run due to he was behind me and he had a little more speed starting out, but then we met at a light and i got him from dead stop by about 3/4 car. he asked if i had a super or turbo or cam and i said no...i told himwhat i have and he said there is no way that i should be as fast as i am. The last 1/4 mile run i did was a 13.4 but that was before the gears and the tune. people say that with those two upgrades i should drop about half a second if i stick good, but that still only puts me high 12s at most. do i have a superstang

Man a superstang! I thought I heard it all. Why didn't you just post your win (be it lucky) and get alot of thata boy. Point blank that guy couldn't drive... Short into the point. I doubt you have a stang that's a factory freak... Good win tho, congrats...

Nah, no superstang. You beat the driver, more than likely, not the car.
My brothers 01 went 13.7@100 with only a drop-in k&n. Full weight, street tires, and hes 6ft3 325lbs. That would be a better example of a "superstang".
Not really, just a better example of a good driver.

Even the OP's 13.4 isn't too hard to believe assuming he cut a very good 60'.
When he asked if you had a turbo or super or cam you should have told him yes.
