Yes, my 95 went 13.9's-14.00 with shortys,cai, xpipe, flows, and 3.73.

I'll try and find my old slips in the a.m. but I don't think it was anything better than a low 2.0 or high 1.9. All stock was a high 14.8 I miss that car.

An NC meet is an awesome idea. Havent noticed anybody in Raleigh or Wake County better yet at all on these forums so far and I dont really see many mustangs that scream "enthusiast" in the area, odd.
