Mustang GT vs Evo Vlll
Evo Vlll
I raced this guy, friend of mine, last year before my cams. We were within 1/2 a car every run, with him winning 6/10 of the races. Anyways, we ran last night. I gained roughly 25-30RWHP since last time, and he said he did a tune, with adding 3psi. Should be very close, said it put down 312AWHP
We did 2 40mph pulls... Lets say by 100mph I was 4-5 cars behind
When we pull over in a gas station to talk about it, he smiled and smirked. He said he couldnt hold out any longer, he installed a GT3076R and that he is just shy of 400AWHP. In the end, it was still fun even though I got trashed
CLIFFS:
1. Raced this evo last year, we were stuck
2. He tuned it, I added cams.
3. We re run, I lose BAD
4. He admits to adding a big turbo
4. I lol

Yeah, those things can be nasty! My buddy raced one in his HCI 95 Cobra with 300 rwhp, and got murdered lol. He said the driver told him that it put down over 450 to the tires.
That's funny how he only told you afterwards lol. I did the same thing to my buddy when i put the nitrous on.
